Fourth Centrum Air A330 received refurbished cabin and fast USB charging
The key features of the new interior include full-flat business class seats
The fourth Airbus A330 widebody, which joined the fleet of Uzbek carrier Centrum Air in mid-February, has undergone a complete cabin refurbishment. The key features of the new interior include full-flat business class seats and 60W fast-charging USB-C and USB-A ports, according to the Italian company ABC International, which spearheaded the aircraft’s modification.
The 16-year-old airliner (MSN 1037), now registered in Uzbekistan as UK33033, features a cabin configured for 305 passengers. The layout includes 18 electrically actuated seats in Business Class (which the carrier refers to as Premium Economy) and 287 seats in Economy Class.
Furthermore, the scope of work included the replacement of all cabin carpets and curtains, the installation of three new fixed partitions, and the repositioning of Passenger Service Units (PSUs) and oxygen masks. The cabin wiring was also modified to support the integration of the new USB-C and USB-A power supply system in both classes, alongside a full update of interior placards.
